About
I've done the work. Now I help others do theirs.
I'm Taff — a Level 4 coach focused on mindset, discipline, and building a life that actually holds. I work with people in or beyond recovery, and anyone who's done with surviving and ready to start building.
The work is direct. We sharpen how you think, identify the patterns running quietly in the background, and design the structure — routines, habits, environment — that keeps you moving on the days motivation doesn't show up.
I've walked through hard things myself. That depth is part of what makes this work, but it isn't the headline. The headline is what we build together: a way of operating that you trust, and a life that pulls you forward instead of needing constant rescuing.
If you want a coach who's going to be honest with you, hold the line on the standards you set, and help you build something worth showing up for — that's the job.
