This site is operated by 777 Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). We provide mindset, discipline and momentum coaching. If you have a question about your data or this policy, you can reach us via the contact page.

What we collect

• Ebook download: your name and email address.
• Contact form: your name, email and the message you send us.
• Start / enquiry form: the details you choose to share so we can have a useful first conversation.
• Basic site analytics: anonymous information about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

• To send you the ebook you requested.
• To reply to enquiries and arrange coaching conversations.
• To stay in touch about 777 Coaching — new resources, occasional updates, nothing spammy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website working, secure and improving.

We rely on your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored securely in our backend infrastructure (managed cloud database and storage). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We only share data with service providers that help us run the site (for example our hosting and email provider), and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the reason we collected it, or as long as we're required to by law. If you'd like us to delete your data sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
• Object to or restrict how we use your data.

To remove your email from our database instantly, use the unsubscribe page. For anything else, message us via the contact page and we'll handle it promptly.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are essential for the site to function (for example, keeping you signed in to the admin area) and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

This site and our coaching services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
